The acquisition of a 20-percent minority interest in the Marli Group, the leading fruit beverage supplier in Finland, opens the door to the markets of Scandinavia and the Baltic States for Eckes-Granini. The remaining shares are purchased just one year later, giving Eckes-Granini 100% interest in the Marli Group.
