Promoting personnel development through in-house programmes

In addition to a number of specific measures, including guidance for team and change processes, coaching, seminars and workshops, we support and promote the development of our employees through such in-house programmes

as the International Development Programme (IDP), the International Leadership Programme (ILP) and our International Trainee Programme (ITP).
