International Development Programme (IDP)

The International Development Programme has been set up for employees in key positions and especially for “international multipliers” – people who play crucial roles within the Eckes-Granini network. The goal of the programme is to promote dialogue on aspects of leadership, project,

process and change management and to develop employee skills in these areas. Participants are also encouraged to reflect on their own personal development. The programme is also designed to strengthen international cooperation within the Eckes-Granini Group.
