International Leadership Programme (ILP)

The International Leadership Programme provides management personnel from headquarters and the national organizations an opportunity for continuing training and discussion on such subjects as strategy, leadership, change and people management with reference to specific cases encountered by the participants. The goal of

the programme is to develop a common concept of leadership within the Eckes-Granini Group. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their personal leadership styles, consider cultural differences and new impulses and practise effective networking with colleagues and corporate management as well.
