International Trainee Programme (ITP)

The objective of our 18-month International Trainee Programme is to train young “potentials” who are not only well acquainted with processes and procedures within the organization but are also internationally mobile. Our trainees begin the programme at corporate headquarters in Nieder-Olm and then assume project-related duties at two

different national organizations in succession. Practical on-the-job training is supplemented by seminars, workshops and individual guidance provided by HR/OD and other corporate departments. Trainees specialize in the fields of finance and controlling, marketing and supply chain operations.
