began quite recently. I have only been with the organization since the autumn of 2008. I am currently serving as Manager Applied Research. Among other things, I am responsible for helping fill our innovation “funnel” in cooperation with the Marketing Department.

the firm stands for healthy, delicious fruit products. I think that is especially important because it enables me to identify myself closely with those products. What is more, people are in the focus of everything we do at Eckes-Granini: the consumers to whom we offer our high-quality products and our employees. Employees are challenged and supported through training, schooling in “soft skills” and active involvement in the company’s success. As a woman, I am particularly impressed by the fact that quite a few of my female colleagues occupy positions of responsibility and that they find it possible to combine work and family life. Last but not least, I appreciate the open-door policy at Eckes-Granini. Colleagues treat each other with respect here.

because it is a joy to come to work in the morning and go home nearly every evening with a feeling of satisfaction. Our juices are products people need every day, and they are a part of my own personal life as well. When I tell friends and people in my family where I work, they respond positively, and that makes me proud. I also appreciate the very good corporate culture as well as the diversity and international character of our organization.
