Leadership-Feedback

Leadership feedback is an essential component of the MbO process. Its purpose is to improve communication and cooperation between employees and managers and to foster the growth of a shared understanding of responsibilities and objectives. In this way, we promote the

development of an open corporate culture while offering employees the opportunity to contribute actively to processes and decisions. Peer feedback among employees at the same level of the corporate hierarchy is another key aspect of our feedback culture.
