Eckes-Granini supports people in the Ukraine conflict

We are deeply shocked by the war in Ukraine and stand behind all people who are affected. Our main concern is the physical and psychological safety of our employees and their relatives who come from this region or have family and friends there.

To support other people in the crisis region, we have organized various measures at Group and national level. As an initial emergency measure, Eckes-Granini has arranged for financial donations to be made to international aid organizations. All country organizations and business units of the Eckes-Granini Group are participating in this effort and are independently organizing further measures and aid deliveries on the ground.

For example, the International Business Development Unit, in cooperation with Ukraine's largest retail chain, arranges for a shipment of juice to be distributed to refugees in the region. In Austria, employees collect, sort and deliver urgently needed donations such as sleeping bags, canned food and medicines. Eckes-Granini Sweden makes donations to UNICEF to provide targeted assistance to affected children. And our country organizations in Finland and Lithuania delivered beverages to the crisis region in cooperation with other companies in the food industry.

Eckes-Granini also continuously supports national organizations in providing aid and assistance where it is possible and promises to have an impact. In keeping with our value of social responsibility, we will continue this support for those affected by this disaster.
