The International Insights Manager brings strategic clarity to how brands perform today and where they can go next. With 5+ years of experience in the FMCG space, this role focuses on delivering brand-led insights that shape global positioning, guide portfolio choices and unlock stretch opportunities.

- Drive insight areas centered
on:
- Brand positioning strategy and development across markets
- Consumer segmentation and target group choice
- Competitive landscape analysis and brand due diligence
- Brand health tracking and performance evaluation
- Communication effectiveness assessment
- Diagnose brand equity drivers and barriers of different categories to help define where the brand stands today and its future potential
- Translate insight into clear direction on brand stretch, whitespace and business growth pathways
- Work closely with international and local brand and strategy teams to embed insight into brand image building, market planning and communication
- Synthesize existing data sources and internal intelligence to create a single, compelling story of brand performance.

- 5+ years working in brand insights, brand strategy or analytics within the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of brand equity frameworks and brand health metrics
- Ability to turn data and observations into strategic recommendations that influence decisions

- Curiosity, creativity and a drive to uncover new growth opportunities
