What you can expect from us:
- Preparation and consolidation of financial figures, analyses and recurring reports
- Collection and aggregation of data from different subsidiaries and functions
- Support of monthly closing, planning and reporting processes at group level
- Preparation of data and documents for management presentations and reviews
- Contribution to the further development of controlling tools and processes
- Gradual involvement in projects, for example related to digitalization or process improvements
What makes you the perfect fit:
- Degree in economics with a focus on controlling or financial management (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Initial practical experience gained through internships or working student positions, ideally with international exposure
- Strong understanding of numbers and enjoyment in working with data and analyses
- Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented way of working, including recurring operational tasks
- At the same time, curiosity, initiative and motivation to understand the bigger picture and to take responsibility
- Solid analytical and conceptual skills
- Team‑oriented mindset and good communication skills in a cross‑functional environment
- Fluent in German and English
