What you can expect from us:
- Own and manage the graphic chain software landscape, ensuring systems are up to date and users are effectively trained across functions and countries.
- Serve as the key contact person for graphic chain software, providing technical support and guidance to Marketing, R&D, Legal, Packaging and other relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of graphic chain processes and ways of working across all countries.
- Define technical and print design requirements (excluding artwork creation) and provide expert support to Marketing and Supply Chain teams throughout the organization.
- Develop, standardize and harmonize internal printing guidelines while aligning requirements with external suppliers and agencies.
- Monitor technological trends and market developments, collaborating closely with the Packaging team to identify and implement innovative packaging materials, printing technologies and solutions.
What makes you the perfect fit:
- A degree, apprenticeship or comparable qualification in Packaging Technology, Graphic Chain Management, Food & Beverage Science or a related field.
- Experience in graphic chain management, packaging development or print production, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
- Confidence in working with graphic chain management systems and tools such as Esko, AutoCAD or similar software.
- Good understanding of printing technologies and packaging materials.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- A structured and solution-oriented way of working, paired with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Team spirit, integrity and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluent English communication skills, German language skills are a plus.
This international role is preferably located in Nieder-Olm, Germany. However, we are also open to candidates based at our Eckes-Granini sites in Ringe (Denmark) or Mâcon (France).
