The award demonstrates that the supplier of fruit juices and fruit beverages addresses the needs of its employees and offers them room for personal and professional development.
The independent Top Employers Institute certifies employers worldwide who offer their employees excellent working conditions and support their development. The basis is a multi-stage certification program to examine human resources management, followed by detailed feedback. To receive this award, employers must convince the jury in the areas of people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership, safety, health and well-being, as well as sustainability and corporate culture.
